Working with India’s largest digital advertising agency would be dream for many IT aspirants. But only few make it there. Behind this ambition is a lot of hard-work, perseverance and GNIIT training. Rahul Marwaha, a 31 year old digital marketing ace, shares his inspiring story.

Deciding about a career:
While pursuing a Commerce degree from Delhi University, Rahul realized that only a Graduation degree would not be enough in today’s highly competitive world. To check if a nascent interest in technology could become his full-fledged career, Rahul enrolled himself for a basic computer programme at NIIT. With a strong hold on the foundation skills, the nascent interest turned into deep love for the field and Rahul went ahead to pursue the IT career programme-GNIIT.

At NIIT:
Rahul pursued GNIIT from NIIT which helped to build his technology fundamentals. “ Thanks to the GNIIT program,
I secured a Scholarship at Toronto University, Canada to pursue my Post Graduate Degree in Computer Analysis and Programming. I am also a Microsoft Certified Professional .” While GNIIT required dedication and commitment to courseware and studies, Rahul made some of his best friends at the institute. A supportive faculty encouraging all-round development added to the memorable three years at NIIT. “Thanks to NIIT’s training, I had a steep learning curve to understand the metrics of Online Marketing. NIIT cleared my basic concepts in IT, which continues to help me in every stage of my career”
