Making a career out of his passion was his childhood dream. But being just another student amongst many others often made him unsure and hesitant. Today, Puneet Dwivedi works as a Business Intelligence Solution Consultant for CSC India and recounts his inspiring journey.

Deciding about a career:
Puneet’s childhood in Tinsukia was spent being fascinated by computers. “I still remember the day that my school got a new computer in the computer lab. I knew then that this is what I wanted to do”. Of course, a growing industry promising international exposure sealed Puneets plans of being an IT professional. NIIT academic counselors and seniors working in plum IT roles, all supported his decision of joining the IT industry.

At NIIT:
Puneet pursued the 3 year GNIIT programme from NIIT. A rigorous course combined with extra-curricular activities made his stint at the institute memorable. He was offered a position of Junior Faculty at NIIT on Graduation. “It was one of my most proud moments.”
